The RD-RX822-SGS model, featuring a long cage, is compatible with 10-51t Shimano 12-speed MTB cassettes, providing a wide gear range for tackling steep climbs and challenging trails. Its interchangeable and replaceable GS/SGS derailleur cage, combined with the Shadow RD+ design and adjustable stabilizer, minimizes chain slap and drops. The derailleur is also compatible with HG 12-speed chains for smooth, reliable shifting on mixed surfaces.
