The Shimano Deore XT RD-M8100 Rear Derailleur features HYPERGLIDE+ technology for fast and smooth shifting, a low-profile design with a bumper for added protection, and Shimano Shadow RD+ technology to reduce chain slap and noise. It includes a large 13t pulley and is designed for use with 1x12 drivetrains. The long cage provides decreased tension in low gears for a quieter and smoother ride.
