The Crusher in the Tushar is one of Utah's fastest-growing rides, and is perhaps one of the most unique gravel bike rides around. It features a substantial 10,500 feet of climbing, a 60/40 split between gravel and tarmac, and plenty of stretches that will make you want turn around. Much is made about choice in bike, but at the end of the day the most important part is your legs, and fueling them properly. Our friends at Asend Nutrition have the solution for you: the Asend How to Hydrate All-Road Ride. Join Jamey Driscoll, co-founder of Asend Nutrition at our Park City shop for a Pre-Crusher training ride this Friday at 12:30 PM. Ride time will be around 1.5 to 2 hours. Riders will get a taste of what they've paid their hard earned dollars toward. Asend Nutrition products and samples will be available and are an excellent companion through the treachery of the Tushar Mountains. Even if you are not participating in the Crusher, please join us and pick up tips on nutrition and hydration for grueling gravel events. Asend Nutrition - Contender Bicycles Training Ride For those in the know, the Crusher in the Tushar is a bit of a bucket list event.
