Cottonwood Springs Road

Starting out just a few minutes north-east of St George proper, this straightforward and scenic gravel/road loop takes you north through the Red Cliffs National Conservation area, up and through the Cottonwood Canyon Wilderness area. Red rock vistas and nice gravel make for a relatively relaxing outing. 

Once you reach Silver Reef Road at about mile 24, you'll hit the pavement for another mile or so. At the intersection of Silver Reef Road and North Main Street, you can take easy paved roads back towards Washington/St George. Main Street leads to Old Highway 91, which then merges into Telegraph street and later Red Cliffs Drive, which will take you back to the ride start.
